In a career spanning over thirty years, Neeta Desai has held many teaching and leadership roles. She has extensive experience of the IB Primary Years Program and has led several professional development workshops in schools across the country. In her role as Kindergarten Coordinator at Toddler’s Den, Neeta works closely with teachers to plan and implement a personalised transdisciplinary curriculum aimed at nurturing every child’s unique individual potential. She also provides instruction and guidance to learners pursuing Communication Skills and Speech & Drama programs offered by Trinity College London. Neeta believes that education needs to evolve with the times so as to keep learning relevant and engaging. In 2009, Neeta received the Eklavya Excellence Award for educators from the Eklavya Education Foundation.
