My role as The Principal Director of this Institution is to give a sense of direction and a feeling of confidence. I strongly believe that all students and staff have high self esteem and talents, and it is the responsibility of the school to tap it, nurture it and channelize it in streams which will enable them to achieve success. We must constantly be open to change, as rigidity takes away from meaningfulness.
